U.S. Shipping
Free Ground Shipping: Available for all orders over $60 within the U.S., including APO and FPO addresses (excludes 3-Day Shipping and return shipping).
$5 Ground Shipping: For all U.S. orders under $60 (excludes 3-Day Shipping and return shipping)
Shipping Timeframes:
Ground Delivery: 5-7 business days
APO & FPO: 10-15 business days

Order Confirmation & Processing
- You’ll receive an email confirmation as soon as your order is placed.
- This email will include a link to track your order (tracking may not be available for all methods).
- Orders are processed Monday–Friday, 9 AM–3 PM EST. Orders placed after 3 PM will be processed the next business day.
Important Notes
- Once the confirmation email is sent, orders cannot be modified or canceled.
- Double-check your address, email, and phone number during checkout. Baby K’tan is not responsible for undeliverable orders due to incorrect details.
- Undeliverable orders will be refunded, minus shipping costs (non-refundable).
