U.S. Shipping
Free Ground Shipping: Available for all orders over $60 within the U.S., including APO and FPO addresses (excludes 3-Day Shipping and return shipping).
$5 Ground Shipping: For all U.S. orders under $60 (excludes 3-Day Shipping and return shipping)

Order Confirmation & Processing
- You’ll receive an email confirmation as soon as your order is placed.
- This email will include a link to track your order (tracking may not be available for all methods).
- Orders are processed Monday–Friday, 9 AM–3 PM EST. Orders placed after 3 PM will be processed the next business day.
Important Notes
- Once the confirmation email is sent, orders cannot be modified or canceled.
- Double-check your address, email, and phone number during checkout. Baby K’tan is not responsible for undeliverable orders due to incorrect details.
- Undeliverable orders will be refunded, minus shipping costs (non-refundable).
Returns & Refunds
Return Policy
- Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase for items bought directly from BabyKtan.com.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with tags and inserts intact.
- Not Eligible for Return: Worn, used, or altered items, as well as items purchased secondhand or marked “Final Sale.”
- Returns for Buy One, Get One (BOGO) promotions or other volume-based discounts must include all items purchased as part of the promotion; if only part of the order is returned, the refund will be adjusted to reflect the full price of any kept items.
Steps to Start a Return:
- Email a K’tan Care specialist at info@babyktan.com to request an RMA number (include your name and order number).
- Write the RMA number visibly on the outside and inside of your package.
- Mail your carrier to the return address provided. (Baby K’tan is not responsible for lost packages in transit.)
- Once received, items will be inspected. If approved, refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days to your original payment method.
Additional Details:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Free gifts from promotions must be returned. Refunds will be adjusted if free items are not included.
