U.S. Shipping

Free shipping applies to all Ground Delivery orders over $35 within the United States, APO and FPO addresses. Free Shipping offer applies to Ground Delivery only and does not apply to 3-Day Shipping or return shipping.

Shipping Timeframes

  • Flat $5 shipping fee for orders under $35 (U.S. Only 5 - 7 Business days)
  • Free Standard Shipping: For orders over $35 (U.S. Only 5 - 7 Business days)
  • APO & FPO: 10 - 15 business days
  • International shipping offered to over 200 countries with real-time taxes, duties & shipping rates calculated at checkout, guaranteed landed cost and all international compliance.
  • Customers will receive an automatic email confirmation as soon as your order has been placed.
  • Once an order email confirmation has been received orders cannot be cancelled or modified.
  • This email will contain a link to your order status page online.
  • Once shipped, you can access your shipping and tracking information (tracking information may not be available for all shipping methods) via your order status page.
  • If you do not receive a confirmation email after placing your order, please contact our K'tanCare Department via email or 866.YES.KTAN.
  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday 9am-3pm EST and ship from our warehouse.
  • Any orders placed after 3pm will be processed the following business day.

Baby K'tan is not responsible for any undeliverable orders due to incorrect addresses, and communications issues. Please double check all address/email/phone numbers which you enter at time of checkout. If orders are undeliverable and are returned to our office, you will receive a refund for the cost of the order, minus shipping. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Returns on purchases from

Customer satisfaction is our number one priority!

  • Baby K'tan is happy to offer returns for product purchased directly through BabyK’ within 30 days.
  • All requests must be received within 30 days of purchase.
  • Your baby carrier must still be inside its original packaging with all original inserts, in unused condition, and with all tags attached.
  • For sanitation and safety reasons, we are not able to accept products that have been worn, used, and not in brand new condition.
Before you start a return; Have you have reviewed our sizing instructions and fit tips? Have you met with our Expert babywearing educator for a FREE video fit check?
 Customers are responsible for shipping and handling costs associated with all returns.
 You have 30 days to return your carrier. Here's how:

Returns Instructions

  • Get started by emailing a K’tan Care specialist to obtain an RMA number (we'll need your name & order number).
  • We will provide an RMA number that you must write visibly on the outside and inside of your package.
  • Mail us your carrier. Note: Baby K'tan is not responsible for orders which are lost in transit and are not successfully returned to our office.
  • Once we receive your return, all items will be inspected to ensure that they are in new and unused condition. Your refund will be processed within 10-14 business days of the inspection.
  • Any item that is counterfeit, has been altered, or purchased secondhand will not be accepted for return or warranty claim.
  • You will be refunded to your original form of payment. Some banks and card issuers may require a few extra days to process and post the transaction to your account.

Free Gifts and Special Promotions

  • If you are returning an item or an entire order purchased during a gift with purchase promotion, the free gift must also be returned.
  • In the event that a free gift item is not returned your refund will be adjusted to deduct the retail value of the gift item.  
  • Items indicated as “Final Sale” are not eligible for returns.  

Bought from an authorized Baby K'tan Retailer?

We can only return items that are directly purchased from
Customers that purchase their Baby K'tan Carrier through any retail or E-commerce store outside of the Baby K'tan website should direct their refund or exchange questions to the store where the carrier was purchased.


No cancellations or changes can be made to orders. Before placing your order, please be sure to double-check your items in your cart, make sure it is your correct size, color, and correct shipping address. Once the order is placed, we are not able to modify or cancel the order.

If you require assistance with an order, please reach out to one of our K’tanCare Specialists at Our Customer Care hours are Monday - Friday 9am-5pm EST. Due to high volume, our response time may take up to 2 business days.

Please note that Baby K’tan reserves the right to cancel any order, upon notice to you. Any order canceled by Baby K’tan will not be shipped and will be fully refunded.

Baby K'tan stands behind the quality of all Baby K'tan products. The Baby K'tan Baby Carriers have a lifetime warranty and Baby K'tan will replace any product, if found defective in material workmanship. Please visit our Warranty page for more information.

Unfortunately, we are not able to cover items purchased through an unauthorized retailer, a secondhand-seller, or from a sample sale. You must be the original owner and provide proof of purchase.

Items must be free of alterations. Normal wear, fabric fading, normal variations in fabric, and small threads that remain from the sewing process are not considered manufacturing flaws and are not covered under the warranty.
