Donating to Every Mother Counts

We couldn't be prouder as we cheer on our CEO and Co-Founder, Isaac Wernick, in running in the Big Sur Marathon in California this April 2017. He will be joining team Every Mother Counts in support of maternal health around the world.

Between now and April 30th, $1 from every sale on our website will be donated to Isaac's run. You can also donate directly  here.

A bit about Every Mother Counts:

Every Mother Counts is a non-profit organization dedicated to making pregnancy and childbirth safe for every mother. They inform, engage, and mobilize new audiences to take actions and raise funds that support maternal health programs around the world.

Hundreds of thousands of women die during pregnancy and childbirth each year. That's 800 women every day. The good news is that 98% of these deaths can be prevented. We have the tools and the know-how to save these mothers, daughters, sisters, wives, teachers, doctors, caregivers and community leaders—if we make it a priority.

Every Mother Counts has chosen to participate in the race because often distance is the biggest barrier to a woman and her family getting the care they need. They hope to not only increase awareness for the cause but to also make the vital connection for people that so many pregnant women live far from health services around the world and that distance does make a difference.

This year, we are honored to have Isaac join Every Mother Counts in running the 2017 Big Sur International Marathon and continue raising awareness about this global tragedy.

4. Run with us in solidarity on April 30, 2017. Remember that any distance from 5k to 26.2 miles would be an amazing act of support of our mission. Every Mile Counts because Every Mother Counts. Together, with your help and our miles, we can make pregnancy and childbirth safe for every mother.
