U.S. Shipping

  • Free Ground Shipping: Available for orders over $35 within the U.S., APO, and FPO addresses (excludes 3-Day Shipping and return shipping).
  • Flat $5 Shipping Fee: For orders under $35 (U.S. only).
  • Shipping Timeframes:
    • Ground Delivery: 5-7 business days
    • APO & FPO: 10-15 business days

International Shipping

  • Shipping to over 200 countries.
  • Real-time taxes, duties, and shipping rates calculated at checkout. Guaranteed landed cost and compliance.
  • Shipping times vary depending on the destination and can take up to 10-14 business days for orders to arrive.

Order Confirmation & Processing

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation as soon as your order is placed.
  • This email will include a link to track your order (tracking may not be available for all methods).
  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday, 9 AM–3 PM EST. Orders placed after 3 PM will be processed the next business day.

Important Notes

  • Once the confirmation email is sent, orders cannot be modified or canceled.
  • Double-check your address, email, and phone number during checkout. Baby K’tan is not responsible for undeliverable orders due to incorrect details.
  • Undeliverable orders will be refunded, minus shipping costs (non-refundable).

Returns & Refunds

Return Policy

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase for items bought directly from BabyKtan.com.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with tags and inserts intact.
  • Not Eligible for Return: Worn, used, or altered items, as well as items purchased secondhand or marked “Final Sale.”

Steps to Start a Return:

  • Email a K’tan Care specialist at info@babyktan.com to request an RMA number (include your name and order number).
  • Write the RMA number visibly on the outside and inside of your package.
  • Mail your carrier to the return address provided. (Baby K’tan is not responsible for lost packages in transit.)
  • Once received, items will be inspected. If approved, refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days to your original payment method.

Additional Details:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Free gifts from promotions must be returned. Refunds will be adjusted if free items are not included.

Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be modified or canceled once placed.
  • Please double-check the size, color, and shipping details before finalizing your order.

Warranty Information

  • Baby K’tan carriers come with a lifetime warranty for defects in material and workmanship.
  • Warranty applies to the original owner with proof of purchase.
  • Exclusions: Items purchased from unauthorized sellers, secondhand, or from sample sales.
  • Normal wear, fabric fading, and minor threads are not considered defects.
