Customers will receive an automatic email confirmation as soon as your order has been placed. Once an order email confirmation has been received orders cannot be cancelled or modified. This email will contain a link to your order status page online. Once shipped, you can access your shipping and tracking information (tracking information may not be available for all shipping methods) via your order status page. Baby K'tan typically offers returns for product purchased through www.babyktan.com within 30 days; any product purchased through an independent retailer should be exchanged/returned through them. You have 30 days to return your carrier. Here's how:
- Make sure it’s in like-new condition with carrier, manual & box included (Baby K'tan may determine like-new condition
- Email info@babyktan.com or call 866.937.5826 to obtain an RMA number (we'll need your name & order number).
- We will either provide an RMA or request that you write your RMA number visibly on the outside of the package and also on a slip of paper inside the package.
- Mail us your carrier. Note: We are not responsible for packages that get lost in transit!
Baby K'tan, LLC will provide a prepaid shipping label. However, we cannot refund previous shipping charges. Returns will be processed within 2-4 business days from the time they are received. Returns will receive a refund for the purchase price, less shipping and handling. Refunds will go back to the original method of payment.
