Ordering
There are three ways you can place your order, by email sales@babyktan.com, by calling us at 954-889-3502, or by faxing us at 954-239-1038. We are happy to help you with the selection process.
Minimum Orders
Minimum order is $150. Price breaks start at 20 pieces. Colors and sizes may be mixed.
Payment Options
First time buyers must pay by credit card. Net 30 day terms are given to customers who have
been with us for 12 months or more and an average of $1,000 in merchandise each quarter.
Shipping
Baby K'tan ships via FEDEX Ground in the US and Canada. For drop ship orders, there is the standard fee not including shipping charges. If you need an order expedited, please specify. All orders will be filled within 24-72 hours of receipt of order.
Backorders
We are occasionally out of stock on Baby K’ tan colors. Unless otherwise requested, we will ship orders as
ready and backorder any items not in stock. We will automatically send your backordered items when available.
